We create a path forward to impact, grow and deliver on our Clients’ experiential desires. We are responsible for knowing what winning looks like; we rally and motivate ourselves and our co-conspirators to get there. We create an environment where everyone on the team feels fearless, supported and determined to achieve Good Things.

    We make great work happen. We know great work requires a combination of smarts and savvy. And we know that means our mission is to figure out a clever solution to a complex problem or to be willing to run through a brick wall if the solution lies on the other side. We wear many hats here, but our thinking caps just might be our favorite.

    We nerd out on business. We’re studious about our Client’s business, the broader category, and the strategic implications that will impact the work we’re doing together. We know we’re ultimately responsible for the health and success of the projects we tackle and that we impact our Clients’ bottom line. #nerdpower

    We sweat the details. It’s on us to ensure everything we do is thoughtful, thorough and flawless, from something as small as a solo email to something as large as a multi-million dollar partnership.   • CAROLINE FRYE BURRUSS

    FOUNDER // First of all, call her Caro. Then, take a moment to consider the excellence of her thirty year career cultivating partnerships and revenue, high quality fan experiences, and content around long-lasting lifestyle and music communities. Caro’s passion lies in developing strategies, leading teams and building a stakeholder consensus that drives significant revenue through brand integration and sponsorship. Just a few career highlights have centered around music festival and venue sponsorship strategy, branded content programs, being at the forefront of technology, building grass roots audiences for artists and creating one of the first online communities for girls. Caro is truly a force of nature, but in the nicest possible way...kind of like a breath of fresh air.

  • DANI THOMAS

    EXECUTIVE PRODUCER // An accomplished experiential visionary with an execution mindset, over the past 18 years Dani has engineered every aspect of the event experience including strategy, concept, creative, entertainment direction and booking, venue scouting, end-to-end production, talent and VIP relations, sponsor activations, and brand integration. As Director of Events, she spearheaded some of Alamo Drafthouse Cinemas’ most famous events such as JAWS on the Water and was the Director of Entertainment for Red Bull’s largest live music events. She has brought to life projects with Marvel, YouTube, A24, Netflix, Warner Bros, Universal, Paramount, Alec Baldwin, Anna Kendrick, William Shatner, Marky Ramone, Bryan Cranston, Val Kilmer, and Willie Nelson. She also wears a fanny pack (aka the Dani Pack) better than anyone we know.

  • JAMIE FLYNN

    CHIEF OF STAFF // Jane of all trades, swiss army knife, the backstop - whatever you want to call it, that’s what Jamie does. She’s a vibrant professional with excellent interpersonal and communication skills, adept at developing and maintaining relationships and providing exceptional external and internal care, as well as motivation. Jamie is a strong advocate for company development and growth, streamlining procedures, and constant improvement. Career highlights include working at award winning advertising agencies and production companies, reading every band rider for ACL Live for 7 years and knowing that they all want hummus, finding and hiring the creative leadership of the biggest ad agency in central Texas as well as being a founding partner of a full-service agency and production company in Austin. Jamie’s self described personal style is giant toddler meets Iris Apfel...and we’re so good with that.

  • KATHLENE LINEHAN

    CREATIVE DIRECTOR // Kathlene is the one with the artistic skills and style who makes it all look good. She is a creative lead with 25+ years of experience implementing marketing and advertising campaigns at notable design firms, agencies, art departments & dot coms. But wait - buckle up, because here come the career highlights, and there’s a lot of them. Kathlene’s highlights include working on Madonna’s album release with a grassroots 360 viral campaign, being a team member of the first mobile division in entertainment at Warner Bros Records, being featured in both Vogue and Taschen publications, launching Tommy.com for Tommy Hilfiger, and creating Spotify/Hulu digital campaigns featured on billboards in Times Square.
